Today I thought I would show you another scrappy project I have on the go. These are giant hexagons made out of strips leftover from jellyrolls or borders etc.
I'm not sure how big I will go, but these are fun to make, so I'm not done yet : ) Then I have to decide on placement, and a border of sorts. Decisions, decisions.
Happy Sunday
these look GREAT! that looks more like a whole strip rather than scraps :-)
ReplyDeleteLooks great aleady. It doesnt look like it was made from scraps, cause all the colors go so well together!
ReplyDeleteLuv it Carla! Will you tell us how it is done at Moda Club?

Oh my, these are lovely. Good job.
ReplyDeleteSuper way to use scraps! Lovely! Have a great week! Deb.
ReplyDeleteWhat a fantastic way to use up those leftover strips! I even make sure that I have extra fabric strips sometimes, just so I can make a bonus quilt from the leftovers - and it doesn't take long to stitch them up!
ReplyDeleteWhat a great looking quilt already - you are so amazing at coming up with new ideas, can't wait to see the finished project.
