BEE BLOCKS AND HEXAGONS

My November on-line quilting bee blocks are done. First up are my blocks for the Scrappy? Sew bee it group. Rosa asked for log cabin blocks in neutrals, with a bright solid centre.

She is hoping to make a quilt like this one. I love these blocks.   Must. Make. More.

These are my blocks for the Heal@do.good stitches group. Manda asked for blocks done in Pantone, with yellow star points.  She provided this link for inspiration.

The fabric on the right looks orange, but is actually a rich red.

My hexagons for the hex-a-thon at Katja's

I also received a block this week from Australia! Thanks Debra.

..........and how about a sneak peek ?

Instructions are written, sewing obligations are done for November. I think I will treat myself to a tall 180* no whip Mocha on my way to work   : )

Happy Friday.

  1. Love the solids - I picked up 6 a few weeks ago to make pieced hexies with. Gotta finish at least 1 other hexie project first...
