LAST MINUTE GIFTS

There are so many wonderful tutorials on line right now. I took advantage of a couple of them for some last minute gift making.

Over at Imagine Gnats, she has a tutorial for a quilt as you go stocking, so I made one for Janie.

I cut it down a bit because it was a little big for my needs. I didn't think the smallest one in the clan needed the biggest stocking  : )

You can better see the random pieces in this picture. Rather than sewing and turning it, I added a cuff and a binding.

At My Cotton Creations, she has a super quick pajama pants tutorial.

I made each of the grand girls a pair,

then I cut out an owl from the leftovers and fused it on to a plain white T

Janie's party pants   ( all ready for New Years eve )

Lastly, I FINALLY finished these socks for my Mom in law. She loves bed socks so I will enclose a couple of gift cards and get these in the mail.

Are you ready?
Merry Christmas from my house to yours.
