GLORIOUS FALL

The colours of fall have always been a favourite of mine. Whether I'm buying clothes or yarn for socks,  I usually gravitate toward the rich fall colours.  Amy of During Quiet Time had done a version of a chevron quilt. I was instantly inspired!

I used three different lines in this quilt. Juggling Summer by Zen Chic , Cuzco by Kate Spain, and Mod Century by Jenn Ski, plus a few scraps thrown into the mix.

After these photos were taken, I added one more row to finish off the pattern. I wanted to get a few pictures taken before all the leaves were gone. (crazy I know)

This is the finished top. It measures 48 x 64

Now to try and quilt it !

Also, voting has started over at the bloggers Quilt Festival.   If you have time, head on over and have a look, and perhaps vote for a certain baby quilt ?   ......................  : )
