These blocks are easy to piece, but do take a bit more time than a typical block
Worth the time I'd say. It's fun to watch the pattern come together when the corners "converge".
I'm wondering what kind of straight line quilting I can treat this to, so will have to search for inspiration.
Thanks for stopping by today.
Enjoy your weekend : )

Wow, that's beautiful...I love how the lines look outside with the light shining through.
Just out of curiosity, do you plan to use this quilt or hang it? I'm wondering how safe it is to make quilts that have a lot of light colors...if they're going to be for use...just thought I'd pick your brain. =)
Beautiful quilt. Perfectly light and crisp.
Such a lovely quilt! Great job of using the left pieces. It has such a nice feel to it.
Love it!
What a lovely quilt! Fascinating pattern!
I think this quilt is wonderful!
very nice! I love the fabrics you used.
You have been busy, you just took that border fabric home yesterday! Looks good!
Great use of the leftover strips Carla. A very nice, subtle, soothing look.

Love this Carla! The color palette is really calming. I like how those little bits of yellow really pop! Have fun with the quilting!
I love it! Great modern take on log cabins!
I love this pattern! It's so pretty and looks like a fairly easy one that I could play with. Now I'm curious what a bright palette would look like!
This turned out gorgeous!
Yes i remembrr that paterna and i bougjt the Fabric to make a converging corners quilt of my own using Fairytale friends by American Jane. I love how yours turned out. Lovely!
Fantastic quilt Carla, absolutely beautiful. I really love your mixing of the colours. Philippa xx
Oh it looks great Carla - and yes, I loved seeing the corners converge - that was the best bit!
I said I liked this one, but I really do! I included it in today's Sunday Quilt Inspiration post. Hope that's okay. All modern quilts and this one is just too pretty not to include!
Looks fabulous Carla, and certainly not a "leftovers" quilt!
The quilt looks so soft! It reminded me of soft spring time~ I love all the light and dark contrast in the quilt.. :) Another great way for using scraps~ xc
Really cool quilt Carla! Love the soft colors and, like you, the way the corners come together :*) Great job of using up leftovers!!!
What a fabulous take on the standard log cabin block!
What a fun quilt. It's a great way to save those little pieces from the scrap bin.
So pretty - I love the mix of muted and bright tones… I might have to try one of these. You and Jaclyn are very influential… :-)
It is gorgeous!
