First of all I want to say thank you so much to everyone who commented on my last post. My son and I had a nice time taking photos and having coffee together. I do respond to every comment when possible but I couldn't trace my way back to one person. **Tammy McNaught there is no e-mail on your profile and no other information, but thanks for commenting : )
My little charm pack quilt is done! Two finishes in a row feels good. This little quilt was quick and easy and will hang around here for a while until a new baby needs it . I made a quilt like this years ago, but felt it was time to re-visit it.
These pics were taken yesterday coming home from a road trip. The elevation here is 1224 meters above sea level. Just a wee bit snowy.
I loaded the background with pebble quilting---my favourite fill
the backing is from the same line and it's called 'Plenty of Pegs' and the binding is a melon coloured solid that worked perfectly. Love it.

That sure is cute! Perfect for a baby quilt!!
What a great quilt! I hear you about commenters who are no-reply. I try to reply to everybody too, but some I just can't.
How cute! I love the design and the pebble quilting...it's really lovely!
This is an adorable quilt and I love the quilting! Also, I'm absolutely crazy about your around the world quilt. It's a beauty!
Forgot to ask...what is the quilt pattern called?
That is beautiful. Are you entering it in the Modern challenge too?
What a great design for charm packs! The pebble quilting adds so much interest and texture, great work Carla!
such a cute quilt and the backdrops are awesome too! now i have another easy baby quilt idea! thanks xo
next road trip to alberta to visit family i hope to stop in to the shop and say HI...xo
Again great quilt, quilting and setting! The snow looks quite powdery.
It's a fabulous design and looks achievable for me. ... I hope! The backing is perfect too.
Brrrr it makes me feel so cold seeing all that snow. Our area hasn't had a flake of it YET!
Jo
it looks wonderful .. snow not my favourite type of weather .. but looks as if you were dressed for it x
What a lovely quilt, the pebbles look fabulous.
So bright and lively, a perfect baby quilt....very impressive 2 quilts finished, you are on quite the roll.
Was your photo shoot as eerily quiet as it looks? The baby quilt will be perfect for a new baby - once it has been made :)
Great finish Carla! I think Google + has messed up some people's settings making them 'no reply'!? Ugh!
Beautiful quilt but all the better for being photographed in that stunning scenery, x
What a fabulous quilt Carla
Another beautiful finish...WOW!! It doesn't look as if 'your' snow is melting anytime soon!!
Ah, got the name wrong! Atomic tabby! Purr-fect baby quilt ;) sorry.
Hi Carla! Long time no talk. Loving your blog posts as usual and catching up on all your beautiful creations. My sewing studio continues to build up another layer of dust. I think I will have to remain patient until my face is fixed - if ever. A long journey ahead.
Adorable baby quilt!!! I love to fill with pebbles too - they are so organic and size really doesn't matter. But they do take a lot of time :) You did a great job!
So snowy! The sky is the same color as the ground. I think we got gypped out of winter this year. It was sunny today and we are going to turn on the bbq for dinner.
Pebble quilting is on my "learn to do" list. I love your quilt and the fabrics.
Wonderful baby quilt!!!!! Your quilting is just perfect!
oooolala! I sure like this....and the photos are fabulous! Is the pattern by kathy doughty?
you are on a roll!! such a perfect baby quilt!!
oh I live this! What a fun pattern, and I love your pebbles!
It looks great Carla. The snow as a backdrop is perfect for this quilt!
This is so pretty! I think I mentioned on IG that I've made this quilt too! I gave it to a grandson when he was born. It was easy to sew. The quilting design you picked really enhances it. Very well done!
I love this! And your quilting totally compliments the design. What pattern is this?
I love this! Your pebbles are so fun and the layout/design is perfect for a baby quilt.
What a great design and juicy colours for some lucky baby.
Yes, just a wee bit snowy but such a warm fun quilt.
What a great little quilt! It reminds me of "Red Centre" by Kathy Doughty! I love your colors, and your pebble quilting is to die for!
Great baby quilt! Sorry for the confusion about how to get a hold of me. I hope to quilt a baby quilt for our new grand baby on the way.
looks great against the snow and that is a lot of snow too.
This is so beautiful Carla! I like the pattern and the Fabrics are fantastic as the background of your photos! x Teje
What a great baby quilt. Simple yet very effective.
(And I thought the weather looked cold in your scrappy trip around the world post.)
I love this fresh design (and the colours you used). Can you tell me what the pattern is, and where I might find it?
Hi Janet. I'd love to tell you about it, but I can't reach you. You are a 'no reply' . There is no information on your blogger profile ie: an e-mail
I didn't use a pattern but based it on a picture I saw years ago. Someone commented and said it was called Red centre? If you google that you might find it. Hope that helps ; )
I just finished making one. I had a set of charms that I was having a hard time finding a pattern for and when I saw this I knew it was the one. I'm quite please with the way it turned out.
