I SCREAM - YOU SCREAM

Business first: If you haven't yet entered my give-away you can do that here

Thank you to everyone who voted for my quilt. It made it into the viewers choice. Now it's voting time : )  If you care to cast a vote in the 'original design ' category, you can do that here

Last week I showed you a block for a quilt I was making for a swap.  I got the little quilt finished up.

I think it turned out pretty cute

These were foundation paper pieced.  The pattern was found here

This little one came about because about 100 years ago, I bought a piece of fabric with cherries on it because one day I might need it.  It took longer to find the fabric than it did to piece the ice cream cone.  Trust me

One little swap project down,  two to go : )
Thanks so much for stopping by

How adorable Carla! I had to laugh at you looking for the cherry fabric - I've only done that about a million times LOL!!!! Doesn't seem to matter how organized I think I am, that one piece of fabric that I desperately need is nowhere to be found.....

So darn cute! Great choice of fabrics too, especially the circle border, it makes the ice cream cones pop out.
I'm glad you found the cherry fabric. It just had to be on top of that mini :)

These are both so cute! I love these ice cream cones even better than real ones. That cherry on top was a clever idea, too! Nice work!
