And, I'm still toying with the idea of something between the bottom two arrows.........
These are bits left over from previous arrow blocks made by me or for me. I'm thinking they will make some fun wonky blocks for a small quilt of some sort.
The bride to be and I are making jam this weekend as wedding favours. Things are coming together bit by bit. Now just to get this quilt finished!

I've always been on the fence about this block until now. You have officially converted me. Love this top!
Can't wait to see how this all comes together!
oh wow, that is absolutely stunning!! and good luck with your jam making this weekend!
How about their initials with a heart in between for between the arrows?
Looking fabulous!
That wedding quilt is looking gorgeous.
This quilt is going to be fabulous!
That is gorgeous. She is going to love it.
Lovely quilt! Can't wait to see the finished project.
WOW!!! Such a stunning quilt. I love the idea of doing preserves for the wedding favours, but I'm biased; we did honey from our hives at our wedding. Oh, and I'm making mustard this weekend for party favours - a party for grown-ups, that is. I imagine children would NOT be impressed with receiving homemade hot mustard in their loot bags! :P
The quilt is gorgeous!! You mentioned initials between the bottom arrows, another suggestion is the wedding date or just the year.
The wedding quilt is looking great, so far.
Ooh! It is coming together beautifully!
Ooh! It is coming together beautifully!
All is looking so lovely. The wedding sounds like it will be wonderful.
It is beautiful Carla. Initials would be lovely between the arrows.
Our son and his wife made jam for their favours too, they looked really sweet sitting on the tables at the reception. My mum and I cross-stitched their initials on fabric tops for the jars, it was a real family effort :)
You are having so much fun preparing for this wedding, aren't you, Carla! How wonderful for you. This quilt top is stunning...all that precise piecing...amazing!
This looks fantastic, Carla! Great idea to have the arrows on the sides. have fun with jam! x Teje
Gorgeous! This is going to be amazing and so loved for years and years!
I love your quilt with the arrow border. The arrows on the side are such a great idea!
What a beautiful wedding quilt, love the arrows. Can't wait to see the finished quilt. Have fun making the jam..
So beautiful!!! It will be loved....
So beautiful! Have fun making jam/memories!
You have made great progress with this quilt Carla! I like the idea of making a feature at the bottom of the quilt! I look forward to seeing what you come up with! Happy jam making!
I love it more and more every time I see it! Can't wait to see it finished. What is the background fabric you used in the middle blocks?
Absolutely beautiful!
Oh, I bet they will just love this quilt, Carla. Someone else mentioned adding a date in between the arrows at the bottom and I had that same thought when I saw it. 2015 would look so great there.
I love where this wedding quilt is going, Carla! We are considering making jam as favors for my daughter's wedding too. Thankfully it's going to be a small wedding!
Any quilt with your arrows in it is a winner in my book! I like the idea of adding something between those two bottom arrows ... maybe a monogram?
The wedding quilt is going to be gorgeous.
Happy Sewing!
This is absolutely gorgeous! I love the idea of the arrows along the sides… what a sweet touch! (And I like the idea of initials or a date inbetween the bottom ones.)
And jam making?! Fun, and functional! My favorite kind of favor!
Carla, this is stunning!!! I can't wait to see the finish!
Beautiful! It will be a great wedding quilt!
I'm running another fabric giveway, and you are welcome to enter!
Amazing!! It's going to be beautiful Carla.
This will be a beauty and a treasure!
I love every arrow you've ever pieced! You do such a good job with them - combine that with your color and design sense and it's always a winner!
Really love the colours + pattern you've chosen, they're perfect together.
truly a work of art!
Very cool to use those leftovers for some creative wonkiness between the arrows. I love how this is coming together. When DO you sleep?
