I'm so glad hockey season is back because that's when I do most of my knitting. I hope there's a game tonight because I am itching to cast on something!!!

That is THE cutest little hat! Love the buttons. They set it off perfectly!
Gorgeous little hat and I love the buttons. Is the yarn cotton? It kind of looks like cotton to me.
You amaze me, coordinating the hat with the quilt!!!!

My heart is going pitter patter, Carla. So many delicious colour happening in this post! An itty bitty hat in Kamloops....now that is adorable! Thank you for adding happiness and colour to my morning and putting a smile on my dial. I can now skip through my day. The baby in your delectable hat with those adorable buttons is going to stop one and all in Kamloops! Indeed, there will be much ooohing and aaaahing!!

Love your color choice! The quilt and the hat are fabulous!
What an adorable little hat, Carla. You matched the colors so well. Some little baby girl is going to be very lucky.
I'm always envious of people who can actually knit ~ I seem to be all thumbs when I've tried it! That baby knit cap is so cute with those buttons, and the fabrics in the quilt are perfect!
Such a sweet little hat, and perfect match to the fabric. I started sewing my bindings on one of my many Christmas quilts during the hockey game. Great game so great stitching!
Those yarn colours are a perfect match for the fabric. Cute hat!
Such a beautiful hat and quilt - lucky baby!
Gorgeous finish and gorgeous colours!
This is a gorgeous hat. It's a fab idea to have a matching quilt+hat set and these have such beautiful colours and patterns. I love your hanging hat photo with the balloon :)
SO CUTE! Yes, every baby needs a hat of her own. And a quilt. :)
Super cute hat in pretty colours. Now I am off to cast some stitches instigated by your post :)

Such a cute hat! A great idea to gift a hat along with the baby quilt.
The precious hat, with perfect buttons, and a perfect quilt. First thing I looked at this morning (noon giggle) and I'm smiling.
Sweet . . . love the colors and the petite size.
What a nice touch your hats add to your gifted quilts! I love the fact that this one matches! You are so talented!
What a great way to photograph hats-love the balloon. Kaffe Fassett is just about my favourite too.
Love the quilt colours and the hat is gorgeous with the very pretty buttons such a good idea and lovely photos too!
Thank you for linking up to Wool on Sundays with this sweet hat :)
Great work, love all your colors!
I adore this hat!! Knitting baby hats is one of my favorite things to make for new baby gifts and this one steals my heart. Lovely!
What a gorgeous hat!
I think the thing I enjoy most about your creations is your attention to detail--the colors, stitches, and even the buttons are all so perfectly appointed! That little hat is very sweet, and I know what you mean about having handwork in front of the TV! I'm hoping to get more of my handwork done with longer evenings relaxing.

So cute. I love the buttons, and love how it matches that beautiful quilt.
Love the hat! Is it hard to make for a beginner knitter? What pattern and what wool? It looks so super soft and the colours are gorgeous! Love! And that they match the quilt, swoon!
Both the hat and the quilt are adorable. What a nice idea to knit a hat to go with the quilt. A fun way to get to knit all those cute baby hats there are out there. Well done!
