Erin, over at Why not Sew, has started a flickr group for these blocks. Head on over and you will see mine plus a host of other beautiful blocks. There is enough inspiration there to make you forget all about the fact that supper is coming and your family may want to be fed.
This block took all of 10 minutes to piece. Easy peasy. I think I will make them until my background is gone. I have about a meter so that should make a nice little quilt.
Also, I am making headway on my Reunion quilt. Here's a little peek so far

I am a fan of both wool and fabric granny squares - its all a matter of choosing the right colours :) and your colours are gorgeous. Love how your Reunion quilt is coming along.
Love your blocks! I agree about the crocheted ones - was never my thing. But these blocks are so simple yet lovely!! Yay for Reunion too!
perfect points. Funny, I quoted Thomas Edison today!
I am soooo doing some these blocks. It is my favorite type of thing. Each block is like a mini quilt and the possibilities are endless.
Hope all is well and everyone is happy and healthy!
