They worked up so fast. I enjoy putting hand made things into the stockings so along with their knitted socks, they will each get one of these
they are just big enough to tuck a little treat card into and perhaps some cash
and, AND I finished this pair of socks that were on my fourth quarter list
I had coffee with a friend the other day and was able to gift them to her. Apparently she's waiting until Christmas to open them : ) This was by far the nicest sock yarn I have ever knit with. It's Madelinetosh and the colour is Dahlia. I need to get more
linking up with finish it up Friday
wool on Sundays

Is the pattern for the wallets on line?

These are the most beautiful color! And I envy your ability to knit socks. I used Madelinetosh chunky last year to make some scarves--fabulous yarn!
Those little wallets are so sweet! Love!
I love the socks as well! I knit with DK weight Madelinetosh and find it so lovely. When I finally get my first sock done, maybe I'll cast on a pair in Madelinetosh!

I couldn't wait any longer, WOW, how blessed am I. I have never had homemade socks before, so soft and amazing knitting, by the very very talented Carla. Thank You, I will treasure them and wear them on special occasions...
Oh could you adopt me....pleeeze?? Love these wallets!!
Beautiful socks in a beautiful color. Fun little wallets, too! I just want you to know I'm all ready for the EPP quilt-a-long, having bought the book. I've also sent a couple of friends over to your blog where you talk about that. Maybe I'll get a few to play along with me?
Merry Christmas!
Elizabeth
Cute bags, and well done on the socks! They are a beautiful colour.
I know what you mean about yarn quality - the feel of a yarn makes all the difference when knitting. I have had some wear my hands raw, and few sock yarns are really soft as they need a bit of something to make them hardwearing.
Love your wallets all so colourful and the socks are too!
you rocked it! everything about it is perfection. you nailed every detail!
I love your socks, they are almost too perfect. The color of the yarn is stunning too. I would love to have time to make a project like the little wallets. So much nicer to have something to put some cash in for a gift.
Oh my goodness your handmade gifts are amazing. Those little wallets are super cute.I'm not even close to being finished with my Christmas sewing :)
Those pouches are great and I love the socks. Your friend will get a wonderful surprise on Christmas Day!
