JELLY JIVE

Yesterday I finished up the binding on my jellyroll quilt. This is a fun boyish quilt that I made last month. The piecing usually goes much faster than the quilting. (full picture here)

I quilted straight lines on either side of the seams and inside each of the little squares to make them stand out a bit more.

I think it looks right at home here in the nursery.

quilt stats:

1 Jelly Jive pattern
1 "Meadow Friends" jellyroll by Deb Strain
approximately 50" x 60"

Those babies are never going to want to go home once they have stayed in your nursery! Very sweet.

was this pattern sort of like the jelly roll race just with squares inbetween?
