HEXI- BETS

Hand piecing is something I find very enjoyable and relaxing. This past week I managed a few more letters for my alphabet.

I think it was Caroline who asked that I take a picture of one with a loonie to help gauge the size.
The hexagons are 3" finished

For the Simply Solids group I am part of, I was asked to make a scrappy trip around the world block using the dark grey and burgundy fabrics I was sent. The rest was meant to be scraps. Done!

I bought a book......

......because this is calling to me

and then there's this

Happy Sunny Sunday.

Those Hexi-Bets are adorable. I must have that book too - especially after I see that cute dress is in there in addition to Marcelle!

Now I know how small your hrxies are, I'm even more impressed! You must be well on the way to an alphabet by now :)

Hi! I just love your hexies! After my (or next) octagons I would love to make letters. Sorry but I can't remember how you make these, do have pattern or just from 'your mind'. I love books, too and your new looks wonderful! Have a great week! x Teje

Those alphabet hexies are amazing! I've never seen anything like them before. I bet it took a lot of work to make them look so perfect and they are so small to boot!
Thanks for linking up:)
