What a fast and fun little quilt to sew!
The backing is a Kaffe Fassett print with giant cabbage roses all over. It's gorgeous.
Even though these are quite grown up prints, I'm thinking a plumb coloured knitted hat may be in order to make this a nice little shower gift. There is sure to be a baby girl sooner or later : )

Very pretty, lovely colors!
Lovely fabrics and a good way to use a jelly roll.
Wow, love how adventuresome you are getting with your quilting!!!!
Sooo pretty! Yes, it would make a perfect baby gift.
This looks like a fun pattern to try. I haven't seen it. Thanks for sharing. Your quilt is wonderful and will be a great gift!
Those colours are beautiful, such lovely jewel tones!
It would be a great baby gift, and the sort of thing a child could keep well into her teenage years and further. I still have treasures given me on the day I was born (and that was a VERY long time ago).
Nice Carla! Fun to have a quick and pretty quilt to whip up ready for a gift.
what a lovely quilt! i bet this would be a nice accent to a teen room also! ;)
Love the colors! I must try out this pattern - sometimes you want a quick project.
So beautiful and cheery!! Love your quilting!! And, love the sweet IG photo below with the quilt you made! So sweet! xo Heather
So bright and fresh....love it!
Now that is a fun quilt! I've always wanted to try the original jelly roll race, but I tend to break open my jellies and use them, so I never have one to try.
Of course, that backing is to die for. . .
Great colours! I think it'll be a perfect gift for a baby because she can keep it as she grows up :)
So pretty! Love those simple patterns. You have some free motion quilting skills there!
The colours are so vibrant!
Love your fabrics for the quilt, Carla. Your friends are going to have babies just so they can get that quilt and a darling hand knitted hat!!
so pretty. that backing is perfect.
Some beautiful colours in this quilt!
Gorgeous . . . love the colors and fabrics!!
Oh, I adore this so much! I've never played with jelly rolls... but this makes me want to!
