A Re-do

This chair is really old, but I hung onto it (I have 2) because I really wanted to paint it again. It's weathered and chewed on by a puppy.  Nothing a coat of paint can't fix.

I got a fun lime green and went to work.

You can still see where the puppy chewed the arms but I think it looks much better.  Every chair needs a little "bling" so I sewed a pillow for it.  These fabrics are from my previous road trip with hubby.

Easy snowball blocks with white connector corners made this go together fast. I quilted it with wavy lines in both directions.

One more chair to do and then I think maybe the house needs painting...........

I'm sure the chair and pillow are very happy together... as will the person who uses both. :)

Gorgeous chair. Love the idea of repairing and re-using rather than just sending it to landfill. And with results like these why wouldn't you?! Fantastic. So... what's next? ;)
