W.I.P.WEDNESDAY

Today I'm enjoying some simple patchwork. One of those in between projects-project.  I'm a big fan of Aneela's fabrics. They are just so sweet.

I finished my block for the Mid Century Modern group. Deborah asked us to make a house block that reflects a bit of ourselves. Hmmmm, I was raised by the Ocean, I've ALWAYS wanted a beach house with dormer windows, and I do love teal. This is what I came up with

Also, I want to start this little quilt that I'm piecing for a friend.

The little Miss came over on Sunday and headed for the Raspberries. She'll be here again tomorrow, but I think she picked them clean!

Happy Wednesday           : )

I love what you are doing with your Aneela Hoey's fabric. I have a stash of several of her lines but have not found the right project yet to use it.

Love the photo of Little Miss and the raspberries! We had the same thing going on here on Sunday but this grandma didn't have the camera handy. You house looks like our house; on the lake with a dormer! I have to get started on that.

Carla, I have never seen that house block before, would like to see how you made the roof!
Cute pattern, I like it better than the usual ones you see.

Your house block is adorable! Oh, how I struggled to make mine. It's the least-favorite of all the MCMB blocks we've been asked to make thus far. I don't know why it was SO difficult! Sure love the picture of your sweet grandie. She's a doll.
