SUNDAY MUSINGS

Things are slowly but surely coming together at the shop. We had a painting day yesterday.

Our foreman just sat on his quilt barking out orders : )

a little sampling of what I will be carrying

cute buttons are hard to find in town so I've been on the lookout

speaking of cute!  This is one of my store models. We have a photo shoot pending..........

and I finally made Cindy's block for the mid century modern bee. She is making a quilt for her newest grand daughter, and asked for book blocks.

Enjoy your Sunday!

That is a lot of painting needing doing! Just as well you have your little helper to crack the whip! Good luck, hope it all comes together eventually :)

Your gorgeous shop is going to be a triumph, Carla. It is full steam ahead isn't it. I can see that foreman of yours is cracking the whip! He is adorable! How wonderful you don't have to pay big bucks in the hiring of a model for a photo shoot, for the day. Sweet hats and those buttons are too, too cute.

Don't get paint on the quilt! (I think it will wash off the adorable baby much more easily.)

Looks like it is all coming together nicely and ispy some wonderful yarns there. I wish it was nearer to visit for me but I'm in far away Liverpool, England, so I will just have to keep shopping in Black Sheep Wools my fave UK wool shop. Check it out! black sheep wools culcheth
It sells fabric too!

Wish you lived closer! I’m sure I would love your fabulous new shop! Maybe when things go right (which they certainly will) you could open a branch store here... ;-)

Hope you followed all the barking orders of that adorable foreman. You should employ him in the shop one you open. He'd be a big attraction and keep all the knitters coming back. Of course I'm sure they'll come back anyway.
