MY BUCKET LIST

Every once in a while I see something that really creates a spark. This project had me tripping over myself because I couldn't get to my sewing room fast enough!

I used Sew Stitchy by Aneela Hoey for Moda because I thought it was the perfect fabric to use for my first fabric BUCKET.

It stands about 12" tall and the base has a diameter of 12". It holds a LOT. I quilted it with wavy lines about every half inch or so. The batting is a fusible fleece.

Here are a few "action" shots

I want one in every colour.

There are just so many uses for this. Perhaps for the next baby shower I attend, I could make one, fill it with baby items, and then it could be a hamper .

I could make a quilt, then make a bucket to match, to give it away in.
So many possibilities.

The blog that started this creative spark is 1/4" mark. If you have time, go take a look.

That's it for today. I am off to work on my bucket list........
